Central Valley Presbyterian

“All of Christ for all of life”

Welcome!

At Central Valley Presbyterian Church, we believe that Christ is King over everything. It is only through Him and the good news He brings that we can be rescued from our bondage to sin. This conviction shapes every part of our lives, from how we worship to how we serve our community. We are committed to thoughtful, God-glorifying worship, and life together as a church family. Whether you’re exploring faith, looking for a church home, or seeking answers, we’d love to meet you.

A Few Things We Think Are Important

Christ is King Over Everything

We believe that Jesus is Lord over all creation. This truth inspires us to live as Christians in every area of life, seeking to think, speak, and act in ways that honor Him.

A Sovereign Grace Salvation

We believe that the overall narrative of the scriptures and of history itself is the story of God redeeming a people for Himself. Jesus Christ is the Savior who came to rescue His people from sin and death. He did this through His perfect life, death, and resurrection. Individuals are saved as they surrender to Him in faith. And we believe that because we are dead in sin that salvation is a sovereign and totally gracious act of God.

God-Centered Worship

Our worship is centered on the Triune God, with the pinnacle of each week on the Lord’s Day flowing out through our lives into the rest of the week. From the music we sing, to the sermon preached, every element of our service is designed to be thoughtful, reverent, and joyful.

A True Church Family

We take seriously the idea that the church is a family. This means engaging with one another not just on Sundays, but throughout the week—sharing life, bearing burdens, and growing together in grace.

Expositional Preaching

Each sermon is rooted in Scripture, recognizing Christ as its central figure. Our preaching is exegetical, gospel-rich, practical, and aimed at equipping us to live out our faith.

A Mission of Redemption

We believe God has redeemed us and is redeeming the world. He has graciously called us to serve not only one another, but also a lost world, partnering with other Christians to proclaim the hope of redemption through Christ.

We’d love for you to join us this Sunday!
